Well, sort of. It depends on whether you recognize squealing, dolphin-like noises as speech. If you don't, what's wrong with you? The kid isn't even three months old. How about lowering your standards a bit, Einstein.
(Note - much of Saavan's speech is the result incredibly annoying babbling by his adult countparts. In one of the videos, I am the adult counterpart. Please forgive me.)

Recently, Saavan has incorporated a wet "razzing" noise into his speech. It's like he's speaking Spanish and trying to roll his "r"s. Very impressive. I'm going to see if I can enroll him in baby debate classes.
